All About
The 12 Phases™ and
The Theory of Unconscious Response™

Books by Elizabeth Diane

The Heart’s Mind by Elizabeth Diane captures the dynamics of individual self-expression and examines the organic system that takes us toward good, without our conscious effort.

“When life gave me something unexpected - an electrified moment - curiosity took me on a journey of discovery that persists to this day.

The Heart’s Mind contains ways I found for living from the vibrant force in your heart’s mind.

I am finding what makes me truly alive. That is what I want to give to you.”

It may seem beyond belief, but it is possible to observe the movements of your innermost mind.

This is my first description of the phenomenon, published in 2012 and updated in 2019 to accompany The Heart’s Mind.

Using the months of the year to organize the 12 Phases of the Cycle of Unconscious Response™, the text seems lofty and poetic. Yet, it is the way the subtle sensations were pictured in my subconscious.

Much of this fascinating experience is described neurologically in The Strange Order of Things: Life, Feeling, and the Making of Cultures by prominent neuroscientist Antonio Damasio.
